WB Bar Ranch beef program is breeding from conception to the plate. We all want the very best quality meat, the best taste, and consistency. Our Beefmaster cattle has been bred and handpicked for their high quality production value. We breed for exceptionally good muscle structure for high quality carcass values that give us less fat and a high percentage of saleable products.
We do the most advanced DNA Genotyping testing to ensure that we have the most accurate information on our cattle. Knowledge is the key to quality.
We offer grass-fed or grain-supplemented steers. Our cattle are raised on grass pastures that are free of pesticides and herbicides. Our steers are raised without the use of added hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. The cattle are our investment so they are all handled with the utmost care.
We offer our steers by the half or whole, and you can customize your cuts. We are more than happy to help you setup split orders if you want to share with friends or family members. We have arranged with a local butcher to provide the processing for your share. The beef is dry aged prior to being processed. The meat is then vacuum-sealed and immediately frozen to ensure freshness. The beef is USDA inspected, which ensures the meat you buy is wholesome, safe and has been properly packaged and labeled.

We will email you 72 hours prior to your delivery date to finalize the details. When placing your order you are responsible for paying WB Bar Ranch for the steer and travel to the butcher and you are responsible for covering the cost of the butcher. Custom Order Cuts
Whole and half customers can select their custom cuts for steaks, roasts, short ribs, ground beef, etc. – all dressed, packaged and vacuum-sealed. Your vacuum-sealed beef will keep for up to two years. The beef is dry-aged 10-14 days.
